The Town of Spring City is located in the second civil district of Rhea County, Tennessee and has a population size of 2,000 residents. The Spring City Industrial Park is centrally located within 63 miles southwest of Knoxville, Tennessee and within 54 miles northeast of Chattanooga, Tennessee and is approximately thirty minutes, or less, from two major interstate highways; Interstate 40 and Interstate 75. Tennessee Department of Transportation measures that over 33,000 vehicles a day travels into Rhea County. Norfolk Southern provides rail access within .2 miles from the Industrial Park and is one of the fastest, most direct routes along Norfolk’s Crescent Corridor. The Spring City Industrial Park has a total of 61.39 unoccupied acres of which 20 acres of the property is almost pad ready. Additional land in park can be available, if needed. Electricity, gas, water, sewer, and telecom (fiber optics) are available within the industrial park.
