Those of you who normally use the online payment system for utility bills will notice a change in its appearance. The online processing company we use has revamped its look and functionality. There is a new chat option, pay by phone feature, Spanish speaking option, and a bill history/consumption comparison. If you pay by credit card, please be aware that you must manually input your card expiration date into the date field or the program will prepopulate this months date therefore causing the card not to process. The processing company is actively working on fixing this small inconvenience.
