Utility — Water Service

DESCRIPTION:
To obtain water services, you will need to complete a new account application and pay the required non-refundable connection fee.


FEES

Renters            $100.00
Home Owners    $50.00

BILLING SCHEDULE

All accounts are calculated and mailed by the end of the month. All bills are due upon receipt and a late payment shall be applied should payment be received after the 12th of the month. Should the 12th fall on a Saturday or Sunday you will be allowed until the end of the business day on the following Monday to pay without receiving a late fee charge. Late notices are mailed one week prior to the cut-off date.  Cut-off is on the 23rd of each month unless it falls on a Friday, weekend, or holiday.  Full payment (including late fee) must be paid by 9:00 AM on the 23rd of the month or service will be disconnected.

Brush Charges

PLEASE NOTE, THAT BEGINNING WITH THE MARCH UTILITY BILL, A $2 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR BRUSH PICK UP EXPENSES. HOWEVER, DUE TO A COMPUTER GLITCH, NOT ALL CUSTOMER BILLS WILL SEE THIS REFLECTED FOR MARCH BUT SHOULD BE CORRECTED FOR THE APRIL UTILITY BILL. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL PLEASE CALL CITY HALL.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made in person at City Hall by cash, check or credit/debit cards or you can pay online.  Please note that a 2.75%* processing fee will be applied to your payment by our processing company for any bill below $499.00, all payments above $499.00 will be charged 3%*.  We also offer automatic draft for .15 per month.

DISCONTINUE SERVICES
Should you have the need to discontinue your water service you will need to complete and submit to City Hall a Disconnect Form with a forwarding address and verification of account ownership.
